why is it laughing

when i put my fmic on my intake makes a really anoyying fluttering it sounds like my intake is laughing how do i stop this

Assuming you're using an aftermarket blow-off valve, is the BOV adjusted properly? Any vacuum leaks anywhere else in the intake path?

i have the hyperflow fmic, with a tial bov, and turbo xs shorty ill check for leaks is this normal

Strange intake sounds? No.

What other mods on the engine (turbo, exhaust, etc.)? Do you have engine management for the mods? Does it run okay?
