Did you buy the car from a dealer or private party? You need to contact whoever you got it from and find out why it's missing a hose. sounds like it had some kind of boost control installed and was removed before it was sold. Finding out what mods it had, and what stock parts are still on there will help figure out what's needed to put it all back to stock.

I just realized that my first post had some incorrect info. Definitely talk to whoever you got the car from, and do a search on here about "3/16 mod" or "manual boost controller" and you can find some diagrams about how the hoses are supposed to be hooked up.
