I have a Sbc-id set at 16lbs and since I put it in I have a lot of hesitation. I also have installed a S-AFC to change the A/F mix a little bit. So far I've set it as follows:

Low setting:
2000-4000RPM set at +4% for part throttle full boost

High setting:
3000-7000RPM set at about +8%

I've seen a lot of people use negative settings for high throttle from 1k RPM to about 4k RPM. Most of these people have the Sti injectors. I don't. I also have the stock spark plugs. It seems like the car is misfiring. At low throttle (about 10-20%) my EGT's shoot up fast, but if I floor it, it stays about 1450F-1500F. How can I correct the hesitation without killing my engine? So far I don't think I've had any detnation either. I know it's hard to say any exact settings, but surely someone can give me some good starting points. Here are my other mods so you can have a better idea of what the problem may be.

Yeah I do have a BOV. It's set at 50/50. Your right when I put it on, I remember it started doing that a little. Thanks for the help. I turned my speed map on and set the boost lower for lower gears and that helped a little too.
