I have the helix and it will bolt up to the greddy as it bolts up with my HKS and stock catback.

Use an O2 socket to remove and put back the sensor and you'll be fine. The studs were a PITA to thread into the pipe, but other than that everything else was OK. The welds and flanges looked great for a $150 pipe.
