What to do next

I have the following items and i am wondering what new items would give me the best performance.
I have:
Gutted uppipe
Helix Catted DP
Stock Catback
Grouding kit
BOV
Perrin SR Intake
Samco IC hoses
GFB Atomic Boost controller (taking off soon)

Which Of the following should i get?
3inch Catback
ECU reflash (cobb, link, utec, vishnu, ect...)
new TMIC
Lightened Pulley
ANY OTHER THING YOU CAN THINK OF???

Any input would be great

I already have 17 inch wheels with potenza re 750s, and i did ultimate pads with steel lines and slotted rotors in the front. I have also done cusco trailing arms, hotchkis lateral links, and perrin rear endlinks. I am not sure if i want to finish up with some sway bars or if i want to keep going with the power. I am leaning towward power because the lateral links and trailing arms helped alot with understeer.

BRAKES, tires and suspension. Even if you car is fast, you cant take it to the max if you dont have a good suspension set up
