Engine/Power - EJ20T (pre-2006 WRX and JDM) There is replacement for displacement, it is forced induction - OEM 2.0 liter turbo engines in the USDM WRX. 90-94 Legacy Turbo EJ22 turbo engines can also be discussed here.

What is the baddest turbo for an EJ20 engine out ther?

It is real; turbos that size are common on commercial-class diesel engines, like 1800hp gravel loaders and 18-wheelers.

I watched an episode of Junkyard Wars where they turned a turbo as large as that one into a rocket engine...

That's interesting stuff you guys but like I asked before that Greddy TD06 20G kit that is on the Gruppe-S website that I linked to above will that fit my car and bolt right up yes or no and what kinda horsepower can I expect from it with all the rest of the fixing that would be needed?

Talking duuude

that turbo set up would definitely get you into the 12's. if it is a said bolt on for your rex it should bolt right where the stock turbo goes. your best bet is to contact preston or gary at gruppe-s you can do it thru their website or here in i-club. gruppe-s is the shiz. as far as building the rest of your car: do you have to? - no. will you blow up your daily driver? - yes. a daily driver with a lot of power is almost an oxymoron but if you do it right i.e. build the motor, upgrade the tranny, get a professional tune (i.e. ecutek) and you should be o.k... but seriously - this is the realm of aftermarket parts and huuge power anything is possible so good luck and if it does blow which is probability.. i hope you got deep pockets cuz you gotta pay to play
sorry for rubbin' it in bro and best of luck - check out deadbolt speed they have great turbos at unbelieveable prices with free rebuilds for life on some turbos (check out the website - www.boostplanet.com)
peace.

Ok guys what about a 16g? Will this provide me with decent power but keep my engine from blowing? And what about injector size with a 16g turbo? Should I just run pinks or should I go much bigger?

turbo, etc..

the 16g would definitely be a nice change from what you have now. sti pinks should be fine for you since they can take around 350-400 horses. you need a fuel pump, you might consider upgrading the fuel rail. then you'll need a tune or some kind of ecu 'link.' it sounds like you have everything else.. good luck.
