okay so, i think i know what the problem is but im not sure. whenever the car is at a stop. and i have the airconditioning on. there would be a rubbing sound ... and also a whistle sound like air flowing through a tube back and forth.... this just started happening when i installed my perrin lightened crank pulley ... so i think the pulley is the cause .. but is it just a sound or is it actually harmful to my car? .. and if it is harmful .. how can i fix it? thx for the comments

 

I would take the pulley off and just double check. If its under warranty they can't not fix it then.

 

Make sure your pulley is tightened to the correct specs

 

Does the sound go away if you turn off the air-conditioning? If so, what you may be hearing could be the sound of the a/c clutch engaging (mechanical sound that could be described as 'rubbing') and the various other noises that a/c makes when it circulates the refrigerant through the system.

Other than that, it's hard to diagnose sounds over the internet.
