Technically, COBB and other tuners can make maps for any combination of mods you may have. The only catch is that each combination must be alotted dyno time to come up with a suitable map. Tuners usually offer maps for off-the-shelf parts and these are a little more conservative than custom tuning. If you aren't able to have a custom tune for your specific mods, I'd suggest sticking with COBB's recommendations if you want to use AccessECU and AccessPort. They've spent a lot of time developing stage kits that work as a total package along with their maps.
