Well........I have the TurboXS TBE..........I love it!!Sounds great, install wasn't that hard and performance gains are decent.....When coupled with a stage 2 cobb reflash....
Things get really interesting!!!For the money you spend on the vishnu exhaust you could probably get the TurboXS exhaust AND the cobb reflash!!!!!!

Im not familiar with Shiv's set-up although i know his stage2 is unbeatable with 91 octane.
I do have a turboXs TBE and although it looks and sounds awesome i ran into a few problems. I couldn't get the damn 02 sensor back into the aftermarket bung. And YES i created all the slack i could. and second, the mounting bracket for the cat-pipe is a PITA.
If i could do it again i would have gotten a Helix or godspeed DP and connected it with a good catback. That way the o2 sensor wire would reach the bung.
You may not be so unlucky though so ask around some more.

I am the Vishnu employee.
Our standard turboback exhaust is polished stainless, with dual or single tip, for $1200 and includes a high-flow cat. It passes emissions tests, but not the visual of course. The Signature Series turboback is of the highest quality and also uses a high flow cat. It is $1650. TurboXS' exhaust is $1126, but as Sisqocqk said, it doesn't fit properly.
As for loudness, I can't comment on the TXS system (though others can) but I can say that the Vishnu standard system is very quiet, slightly louder than stock, and the Signature series is on the borderline of what some would call loud. Personally, I like the sound a lot, but I also run a non-resonated Magnaflow on my car.

I have the Vishnu Signature Series turboback. It's a little loud, but way quieter than most Honda exhausts and V8s I hear all the time. No fitment issues. I think Vishnu designs parts better than TXS.

Vishnu turbo-back has some serious droning problems because they don't put a resonator in their exhaust.
Here is sound clip. **deleted** because of error, will fix on monday. Sorry.
You really can't hear the drone on the video, only in person.
HERE is the TurboXS turbo-back sound/video clip.

I have a TurboXS TBE.
Had the TurboXS stealthback for a year. Good stuff. Keeps the stock sound from the rear of the car, with increased mechanicals from the front.
Today I finished the exhaust by installing the TurboXS muffler. Wow. Much louder than with the stock axleback. The car sounds deep, powerful, and ready to kick some butt.
I figure adding the axleback must be worth 5 to 10 hp (which I want), 10 points on the rice-o-meter (which I don't want), and makes the car sound much more powerful.
Ever wondered what owning a Harley would be like, or why those guys always blip the throttle at stoplights? With the TurboXS TBE, I now know.
