Im going to be doing the VF39 uprade on my bugeye soon. I know all the supporting mods needed i.e. injectors, fuel pump, tbe ect ect....

My question is once I get it done can I run my car on the Cobb AP OTS VF39 map until I get a protune? I am for sure getting a protune but it would be nice to save up a little before I get the protune. Any info would be great. Thanks.

 

Yes you can. Get the mods you need like the OTS map requires, you should be alright till your protune.
I did that back in the day when I was running cobb

never had a EJ20. Only EJ25.
