USM STi Uppipe for $275 a ripoff?

Sounds like a lot to pay considering guys like Rallispec can go and import a new JDM STi Uppipe for $300.

The $275 is the price for a new USM STi (2.5L) catless uppipe without gaskets.

Are there better places to buy this than subaruwrxparts.com?

Any uppipe with no cat = CEL (usually).

You can get an uppipe which does basically the same thing as the STi- but it won't look stock like the STi. $275 is the cheapest I've seen an STi uppipe so far (granted I haven't looked very hard), so I wouldn't call it a rip-off.

Did your JDM motor come with an uppipe that needs a home? I'm guessing you didn't throw on a helix uppipe onto that thing!

I'm looking into it, my dealer will honor my warranty w/most mods, within reason, if they approve the part and install it themselves... they're gunna rape me on labor charges...
