Any uppipe with no cat = CEL (usually).

You can get an uppipe which does basically the same thing as the STi- but it won't look stock like the STi. $275 is the cheapest I've seen an STi uppipe so far (granted I haven't looked very hard), so I wouldn't call it a rip-off.
