My best friend and I have a complete 02 WRX motor. It has everything except for an intercooler and some small miscellaneous stuff. The turbo, headers, everything come with the motor. But a few things first. What had happened was that my friend was hit by a lady who ran a red light and caused $20,000 in damage(including the motor). The motor has roughly 40,000 miles on it. The only problem with this motor is one of the cams on the passenger side is broken and needs to be replaced. Apparently, the impact effected the top cam pulley and severely damaged the cam. We have not looked at the condtition or the extent of the damage yet, but we plan pulling the valve cover and fixing it ourselves, possibly this weekend or next and want to sell it. So if you 2.5 RS guys are interested or anyone for that matter, let me know. Could you guys possibly post some figures of how much we should let this thing go for? Remember this motor comes with more parts than your traditional long block. If there are mechanic savy people who want to buy the motor as is, your welcome to make an offer. We just wanted to get some experience. The motor has new set of cam gears, my friend is pointing at them below. They didn't know the motor was toast till they completley fixed the car so everything that was broken on the motor from the accident has been replaced with only Subaru OEM parts.
