Help Asap Y Pipe

i just installed my APS y pipe to my stock TMIC....i put everything back and tightened everything but when i tried to full throttle my car it wont boost...it feels like the rev limiter was push back to 5k...i feel no boost whatsoever....can someone please help me...my mods are catless downpipe, RFL bov, perrin pulley...please help

did you just do the Y pipe

or did you do all that at once

the vaccume hose is on the BOV right?
the bolts are kinda tight on the BOV and the hose clamps are all snug
the two in the back of the IC the two from TB to IC and the one off the turbo?
tripple check taht first
