Uppipe gaskets installation..need help

ok.........just got my uppipe installed last week, and it's leaking somehow i haven't found where exactly it's coming from cuz it's kinda hard to find the leak, I just ordered uppipe inlet/outlet gaskets. I'm just gonna replace the gakets see if that will fix the problem. i was told the old gaskets may have be compressed (bought the uppipe 3rd hand)....here's the question the uppipe was installed by shop, now i don't wanna spend more money on installation so i wanna DIY.....how hard is it to install the gaskets? can i just slide the gasket in? instead of lift up the engine and take out the uppipe?

thanks guys

up-pipe is the hardest install on a subaru, I wish you luck.

you can prolly slide the lower gasket in and out, but the upper is going to be a nightmare, you still need to remove everything to get to it.

what kind of up-pipe did you buy? Why didnt the shop recommend new gaskets when they installed it ?

And does the shop guarantee its work? Take it back. When they whine about it say that you'll supply new gaskets... then when they agree produce them from your glovebox
