Up-pipe/Down-pipe Combo

What kind of added horsepower should I get with an up-pipe and down-pipe? Obviously using different up-pipes and down-pipes will give you different hp readings, but what is the average gain. What combos do you guys have on your cars, and what hp did you get with that combo? Also, what was the costs for the combo? Sorry for all the questions, but I am really looking at getting an up-pipe and down-pipe and just want to make the right decision. Thanks!

I've got the Helix up and down. I got mine from Gruppe-S for $450 shipped including all the gaskets and bolts and CEL fixes. I've heard claims of about 30 hp at the wheels with the combo. That sounds about right to me. The parts are VERY nice and the quality is exceptional. I have to also HIGHLY recommend a Cobb AccessPORT with the new exhaust. A catless setup with the Cobb Stage 2 programming should get about 230 awhp. That's what I've got now and I absolutely love it!

i think the biggest gains (besides a bigger turbo) would be felt from doing just the up-pipe and downpipe, full exhaust and a good tune, i guarantee it.
