Up and Dp okay to run COBB AP Stage 2?

Just like the title says, is it safe to run it with the stock catback? ANy rich or lean issues? I've got a lot of opinions regarding this and most of members say either it doesn't make any power or difference except sound and plus I might lose some low end because of back pressure. And last but not least, what kind of numbers am I going to see with just the up pipe and downpipe? I plan on getting Helix pipes for both (Downpipe will be catted). I have 04 wrx.

Thanks

With a $200 Helix catless downpipe, and a catless up-pipe, combined with an ecutek re-flash, stock WRX muffler, I make 200whp.....it's all about the engine management...save up for an accessport and get a custom tune and it makes a pretty big difference.

i am running STI catless UP/ Stromung/Maddad Catless DP with STI catback (Stock) and CObb Stage 2 EM. Sounds great and no issues with low end lost. actually the pull in 2nd and 3rd have improved greatly. a custom tune might see improved results
