turbo install?

turbo install?
Doing an install for a friend and am wondering what problems I am going to run into if any for a VF34, downpipe and uppipe? Also, He has a EGT sensor in the stock downpipe, would it get better readings from the header? or should I put it in the new catless downpipe?
