turbo drain

So I made a gasket for the drain tube and use RTV. Apparently I have a leak after the install. How do you guys install this gasket? And have any of you made one ?

i replaced the hose since the oem one has 145k on it. This leak came after installing the Vf39 two days ago so im sure its not the block.
