Too much fuel???

Too much fuel???
Today I got Sti fuel injectors and a Walbro fuel pump installed and the first time I boosted my engine completely bogged out and continued to do so. I have the Greddy E-manage and dialed in the change in injector size, but haven't changed the fuel curve. Could I be running too rich?
Other mods include HKS downpipe and exhaust, Blitz SBC-ID boost controller set at 16 psi, VF22 turbo, MRT CAI, and a Blitz BOV.
