TD04L n00b questions

Hi all. You guys have a great site and a mature and knowledgable member base (much unlike what I'm used to, and you'll see why in a second
)
I bought a TD04L 2002 WRX stock turbo from someone in this forum. It is intended for a 1.6L Honda Civic engine. The ppl in the forums I go to have no idea about these turbos, so I'm coming straight to the source
for answers.
I would LOVE to know what the wastegate spring is set at stock w/o any boost controllers. And why can't I open the wastegate by hand???
My second question is this... there are 4 holes in the center (between the housings) where the oil lines would normally go (by the bearing). On one side is a flange type hookup. My guess is that's the oil return line. Is that correct. Secondly, there are two tapped holes on one side, and another tapped hole on the 3rd side...what are these 3 holes for. I'm assuming oil feeds, but why 3 holes in asymetrically, and one hole out?? Can anyone clarify what these lines are supposed to be hooked up to please!!?
Thanks everyone!

You can check out some of the pages at Scoobymods and they might answer your question. I'm not too turbo-savvy myself.

Hey goodluck with your Honda, what setup are you going to use.. Are you just going to hook up the turbo with fuel system upgrades and engine/fuel management or are you doing internal engine work too?
The wastegate if connected directly to the turbo pressure nipple will open at 8psi BTW give or take 1psi. But 8psi is what it's set for.
