A question as old as time immortal.

Run a search.

It's a little under 14 psi; 13.8 psi I believe it was?

on my 2004 stock WRX, i hit 1.0 bar, ~14.5psi, is this correct.
this is PEAK boost from my defi gauge.

when i recorded some runs, it hits 1.0bar in each for for a second or so.

I think its about 13.5psi but you lose a little through in IC, so I think your car will actually see about 12psi

Yup, somewhere between 13.5-14 i think. This is actually a very popular topic, so next time to save yourself some time you may want to search before you post. It keeps the old people happy and it saves you time.

this was the lowest peak I hit, it is usually right in the middle of 1.0 bar.

manifold pressure is always measured at the intake manifold, which is after the IC.
