stock intake...

i was looking around at parts and i know its just better to leave ur stock intake on. i came across this http://www.fastwrx.com/insnre.html
does anyone have this on their car and do u need to buy this if ur removing ur "snorkus"? thanx

You don't need it. That piece allows you to keep the air duct near the radiator functional for a more stock appearance. The stock air box can get plenty of cold air through the hole in the fender.

Correct..I took mine off and didn't replace it with anything. Don't know if it really unleashed any horse, but it sure made my turbo sound cool!

no you dont need that ! just buy some pvc pipes . . . make your own ! really no performance gains either way. just louder turbo spool ! check scoobymods.com for the precedure
