Still misfiring on cyl 1 and 3

So my wrx is still misfiring on 1 and 3 only. Thus far I checked the plugs , which looked fine but they were a little wet with gas. I put a new set in and no change. I swapped the coil from 2 to cylinder 1 and there was also no change. I regapped the new plugs and put them back and the car seem to run slightly Better briefly. I also now noticed last time I started the car after it was running for a minute a little bit of smoke started coming out of engine bay on the passengers side of the motor. To give a better idea of how the car runs basically it shakes really bad at idle. You put it in first gear it still runs rough than once you disengage the clutch all the way and apply throttle the car starts chugging hard and than stalls out. Also at idle if you apply throttle the rpm level slowly rises as If there may be a restriction in the exhaust flow, this to me seems like a turbo issue or maybe the cat blew out, but than why would there be no code for it? Also I noticed when you first start the car the cel is on steady, than when you apply throttle and the rpm rise the cel starts flashing. Anyone please have any information on what could be the problem please respond ASAP. I need this subie to live again, I miss it 😔
