I was in the process of modding my Sti. I want to build it up differently than my wrx. My wrx had more power available than the drivetrain could handle. I would like to know how much power the stock sti drivetrain can handle. This way I will build the car up within certain parameters. How much boost can stock turbo reliably generate? How much hp can the stock fuel management support? Thanks.

Your STI has a stronger drivetrain than your WRX did.
Also the STI can support quite a bit of power in stock form.
You should look into a aftermarket turbo set up and ditch
your stock turbo if you plan on making big power.
