if your intake doesn't have CARB EO stickers it won't pass smog. you should be able to pass otherwise, i've read that people have passed with just 1 high-flow cat.

You will pass.... As far as the sniffer goes, you havent touched any cats, so you will pass without a problem... Visually, since your cats are intact you will pass as well... Typically smog stations dont care about the aftermarket intakes, but if youre concerned about passing the visual due to the intake... just put your stock one in when you go smoggin!

Wink Why don't you just put it back to stock?

CA Smog are notorious for being a ***** about everything. Your best bet is to do 3 possible things:

(1) Go to a Chinese smog place where they will "hook u up" and help u pass (only works if you look Asian, or else they will freak out).

(2) Put everything back to stock, do your smog check, then put everything back on again. You won't get another smog check for 2 years.

(3) Drive to Las Vegas. Go get a mailbox rental, go to their DMV, and tell them you moved to NV. Then change your car registration to NV, you won't have to go thru the CA smog hell. (FYI NV give u the new driver's license on the spot, not like CA where u gotta wait a month in the mail). You can tell the NV DMV you are a "seasonal resident" of NV. That way you can get a new NV DL and keep your CA DL.

Not that I am suggesting you to violate the law... just an alternative perspective.
