Question about Accessport + Helix DP

I drive a WRX and want to put in a Helix DP so I can go Stage 2.
If I get a Helix DP, will the AccessPort take care of all of the "fixes" (CEL, cruise, etc).
Should I get a Ver 3 instead of a Ver 2? I hear Ver. 1 doesn't fit well.
People say they get CEL fixes included when they buy a Helix DP... what is a CEL fix? Is it something you write to the computer or is it a physical item?

you dont need a cel fix if you got an access port. the access port takes away those cels that the stage 2 turbo back exhaust causes. (actually it just tells the ecu to ignore the higher egt you get from having no cats)

put the cel fix on if you dont already have the access port.

i dont know much about the Helix DP ver 3 ....but i guess it depends on which exhuast you got.

Complete Answer

To reiterate, you don't need the resonator cause the AP will take care of the CELs. Also, get the Ver. 3 Helix DP since it's the newest version of a great design. Furthermore, the Helix DP won't bolt up directly to a stock catback. The stock DP has a donut flange that the stock catback fits around. The Helix DP is flat on the end. Some people have used the donut flange on the Helix DP, or just take it to an exhaust shop and have them modify your stock catback to make it work. It should cost less than $50. Better yet, just get the Helix catback that bolts up perfectly. Lastly, please don't be a ***** to the people on this forum with your CAPITAL LETTERS and your exclamation points!!!!!!!!!! This is my favorite WRX forum. Please don't ruin it.
Thank you for your time.

my bad.. I didn't mean to sound like a dick in my previous response. Thanks for the answer to the CEL fix... I was just curious about ver. 3 and ver. 2 fitting.
Thanks, though, for answering the first half of my question.
