Putting a open atmosphere BOV on?

Will putting a open atmosphere BOV on my 2004 WRX hurt anything. I heard that the cmputer has programmed to count on the air that is put back in the intake. Will it cause any warnings or lights to come on on my dash. Also what is a good sounding open atmosphere BOV for a WRX. Thanx. Later

If you want the cool sound and have money to spend just get it, you most likely will not run into any problems.
