Perrin Crank Pulley

Loosen the belt. Put it in first gear and it might help to have someone stepping on the brakes. Take out the bolt in the center of the pulley. You can’t put it on wrong, I believe that the shaft has a key in it. I don’t think you have to take out the radiator let alone the engine.

I've done hundreds of them, it's fairly easy. For a manual have a friend help you, with an auto make sure you have a pry bar. First take the coolant overflow bottle and radiator fans off. Then loosen the bolt on the tensioner on the PS pulley and run the pulley all the way up. Remove the belt and repeat the process on the AC side. Then for manual have a friend put the car in 5th gear and hold the brakes. Then use your 22mm socket on a breaker bar and get 'er done. on an AT there's a small cover panel on the passenger side of the bellhousing, remove that and jam a pry bar in there and then break the 22mm bolt loose. Then put everything back together. Good luck and PM me or call Rallitek and I can give you more advice if you get stuck.

easy. there are instructions that come with the pulley.
if you are doing it solo, block both sides of the front tires and put it in 5th gear. this will let you break the bolt free by yourself.
remove the altenatior cover (10mm)
if you have a person helping you, have them stomp on the brakes.
don't pry on the pulley to take it off.
maybe use some penentrant to free it up.
as a last resort, you might have to tap it with a rubber mallet.
