I have the borla hush catback and i plan on buying the pde downpipe becuase it mates to the borla without an extra flange. it says it has the o2 senser farther away which mean no cel and obd II is still active. now if i plan to buy an uppipe also will i need another cel fix for the uppipe? that would disable obd II also.

You will need the cel fix (2.2k ohm, 1/2W resistor) for the uppipe as well. I have the vishnu tbe w/ high flow cat and it has the o2 sensor farther back too, but it still threw a cel.

I don't think any of the cel fixes disable your obd II. All they do is "trick" it (by changing the sensor's input to the computer) into thinking you still have cats installed in your exhaust system.
