It looks like the stock exhaust off a first-gen GDB STi Version. But they're probably trying to dupe you considering that they don't say much about it and that it's E-Bay! Also, I doubt that they'd be able to ship you new ones either...
EDIT: Sorry, upon closer inspection I think it's a replica of the JDM dealer option STi Genome exhaust. I wouldn't go for it personally...
