Exhaust is a good way to start. FMIC would suck on stock turbo/boost.

Up and downpipes are great. FMIC without LARGE TURBO=Waste of money and lowered low-end performance. It looks SWEET, though....

As for management, I would go ahead and get an ECU reflash. ECUTek and Cobb are readily available. If you have some tuning experience, or want an adventure, get the UTEC.
