Need help with uppipe install

So I got the the bottom of the uppipe bolted down but the top is only bolted down with 2 bolts. The rest have a gap. It seems like the uppipe is too short. Any help? Name: IMG_1190.jpg

Did you ever get this uppipe installed correctly? Did you haveto close the gap by tightening the studs, or did you find another way? I'm curious, as I've never had experience with this brand and I'd like to know installation complaints, fitment quailities, etc.
