Can you post a pic? Also what size vacuum lines are you using? If you are using large vacuum lines it may cause your boost controller to not be able to build pressure. The smaller the vacuum lines the quicker pressure builds. Take a couple good shots of your set up and we'll be able to help out better.

which factory lines did you use?
there is a restrictor inside the line that goes from the 'T' to the compressor fitting. It shouldn't matter, but it might.

you should buy some vac line and use it for starters. What mbc are you using? Obviously, if you connect it 'backwards', it will not allow you to adjust boost any higher.
