my rex wont pull after 3k help plz
well i am at my 31k miles on my odo now. and i didn't do the 15k service because the guy at the dealer said it wasn't really necesary. What is all in the 30k service? i did my own oil change and changed out the air filter. what else do i need to do?
here is my problem, recently when i have try to pull the car a bit it seems like it wants to go at first and it starts to pull at 3k but at like 3200 it kinda jerks back and slows down, then it starts to sound like a ricer, it sounds loud and mean but it dosent go any faster, atleast not what its suppose to be doing anyways. I checked all my hoses and they're all attached and okay. Could my 30k miles check up be doing this to my car? my car's check engline light flashed 4 times then went off. Does this mean i need my 30k miles check up, since i cant do a cel reader on it due to the fact that the CEL does not stay on. Could it be my clutch slipping? but i havnt really driven it that hard so i dont see why my clutch would slip at 30k. Any advice would be great thanks.

the clutch can be shot in 30k it depends on how you drive. but i dont think thats the problem.
the ECU stores teh CEL. get it read anyways it wont hurt.
i could be upipe leak. does it boost at all?

i think it boosts, i can hear the tubo spool but since i dont have a boost gauge i dont really know how many psi its putting out.. and i cant get the CEL check because the light isn't on now, it just flashed 4 times and it turned off.. what is a MAS and where is the fuel filter located at and how hard is it to change it out? also can i check my clutch to see if its worn? or do i have to take stuff apart before i can tell?

Can you go on boost? It could be a leak in your charge system. Check all your intercooler hoses. Might be a hole or the hose slipped of.

is there anyway to have a professional diagnoise the situation w/o spending a fortune? cause i dont want to replace a bunch of stuff and find out that its not the correct thing that i repalced..
i've had the ECU for awhile now, had it since april so i dont think its the ECU problem, it only started happening recently. prob started around 29k miles on the Odomoter, and that was on and off and now that i'm at 31k, its happening more often.. would it be wise to get a boost gauge to measure how much boost i'm putting out?
