For $200 I would say rear anti-sway, or for power I would get intercooler hoses.
You could almost afford an upipe on $200 - you'd probably have to kick in a few extra bucks outta pocket.

He could also go for a used uppipe. They go up for sale every now and then. Just check for warped flanges or damaged bung threads.
Of course, the under $200 cost presumes installation by the owner, not shop-installed.

Strut bars dont do much. Instead, get a Rear Adjustable Swaybar. Cusco (which I have) or Whiteline are good, there are others too. Greatest noticeable improvement to handling.
