Question MBC wrong?

I have a JoePMBC installed in my car. I have the bottom feed going to the nipple of the turbo and the side feed going to the wastegate. So far so good. However, should I be keeping the stock tubing that comes off the nipple of the turbo since the tubing size is different? I have a 3/16" tube for the MBC and the stock one is a lot shorter......Plus How do i adjust the boost? It took me over like 10 times and I was still hitting fuel cut with the boost gauge

i used the supplied tubing that came with the joe p, 3/16ths fuel hose, iirc.

start with the adjustment backed all the way OUT, that is, turn it to the left until it nearly comes out of the threads. that should give you wastegate pressure, ~8psi. if it does NOT, then something is wrong.

you say you have a boost gauge right...what is the boost peaking at on the gauge....you might be running alot of boost without knowing you are....i had my boost guage at the turbo inlet and it only read .5 bar. I then moved the hose from the turbo inlet, to the intake manifold and got alot better readings...that might be your problem, or it might not...just trying to help you out.
