Question leaking coolant!

I have a slight coolant leak where the oil cooler line goes into the thermostate housing. I have changed the small elbow hose that runs from the metal line to the housing. I thought that fixed the problem, but after the car stays in one spot for a couple of days than there is a small spot of coolant on the ground. I noteced the coolant above the hose on the block near the oil pan. I can't tell where it is comeing from. all there seems to be is the block it isn't near the head. Just wondering if any one has experienced this problem. Any helpfiull info would be great!
