I have tried searching over the internet and different forums for days but nothing like the problem i am facing.

I cannot tell whether its a knock/ tick noise. Whenever i accelerate and reach high rpm's, specifically 5.5-6 rpm, i hear that noise of a knock/ tick at the driver side exactly where the fuel return line is (maybe above the pedals). The noise is exactly like an electrical spark or mis wiring noise.

I even turned boost to 0.7 bar and in all weather conditions, i still have it.

I always run 95 octan and i did replace the fuel pressure regulator because it was leaking,, i thought it would be the reason for the noise too but still.

I don have a/f gauge and i dont know what to do.. My FPR replaced is adjustable sytec model and i did set it at 3 bar and tried 2.75,, again still.

Any idea or useful input will be highly appreciated.
