Looks like an IHI VF series turbo to me. 
Regular STi's used to come with VF30 and the Spec C with VF34.
Now all STi's come with VF34's (unless you live in Australia or Europe I believe and then they're VF35's, or so I've been told).
If it's a VF30 they sell for $795-850
If it's a VF34 I've seen them for ~$1000-1100
