question: does anyone know how loud the "INVIDIA HEADERS" are? anyone personally heard them roar? Reason being, i have a invidia downpipe w/ 3" downpipe back its not too loud meaning, police dont look at my car... still im thinking of changing that to something low profile less loud, but still adding the headers. thoughts? comments? how much louder are the headers with most all piping already done? i saw the headers had what looked like small resonators but.. im not sure. thanks guys.

 

I have gt spec headers..... Its not any louder than with the stock manifold.
although aftermarket headers are not as unequal than stock. so the boxer rumble is smoothed a little.. i dont think you will be able to hear much difference

 

thank you yeh thats what i heard from others. that when the headers do happen to be equal the rumble gets louder.

 

the loudness won't change, but the tone may change that's all.

 

so since you have those headers does your CEL come on?

i have the GTSPEC header/uppipe also
sounds great , real similar to stock manifold
slightly quieter while idleing, louder at redline
i dont have any CEL's as well
