well
it'll take longer this way (without a lift), i did it this way too
i had help cause i've never gotten under the hood of car before and ill see if i can remember some stuff off hand without lookin at it
-take of the I/C
-take off heat shield.
-remove bolts to DP both at the turbo side and catback side
-take off downpipe
-dunno if you hvae to recut the heat shield or not with HKS
-undo the studs from turbo to Up pipe
-get underneath the car and remove the plastic guard crap
-remove o2 sensor (o2 socket:it is a socket with a slit down the side so you can remove the o2 sensor, it makes more sense when you're down there)
- to do the above its easier to turn th wheel's all the way to the right and remove soem plastic coverings
-remove turbo, you will lose some fluid (lots in my case) (radiator fluid)
-undo the up pipe from the exhaust manifold (i think that is what its called)
-take studs out of the old up pipe (you can reuse these)
-go backwards
im prolly missing some steps but thats the just of it

What's the deal with the HKS. I saw two types of dp's out there, bellmouth and this type, it seams like the generall shape of the actuall pipe is the same. It was about the $ and cents though. I mean half the money for what looks like the same peice.
Anyway, thanks for the how too. It will be much help. I'll post on monday with the after math

It will also help if you have some extensions and joint extensions for the socket wrench. This will come in handy for the up-pipe bolts going to the turbo. When you are putting the bolts back on, make sure to evenly distribute the pressure evenly as you tighten them. Make sure you tighten them well also or else you will get exhaust leaks which are annoying.
