Engine/Power - EJ20T (pre-2006 WRX and JDM) There is replacement for displacement, it is forced induction - OEM 2.0 liter turbo engines in the USDM WRX. 90-94 Legacy Turbo EJ22 turbo engines can also be discussed here.

I'm SKEEEERED!!!! (Will my mods blow up my engine?)

Your engine will be fine with that setup.

The transmission on the stock wrx has problems with handling alot of power many people, from what I have read on this board and others, with stock power levels are breaking their transmissions (assuming you have a 5MT). Much of the damage done to the trans is in the way you drive, high rpm dumps, power/quick shifting, etc... The stock clutch is designed that it will break before the trans does but still becareful when driving. Many guys on the board have larger turbos and higher power levels and their transmissions are still going strong. It is all in how you drive it...

That said you have the same setup that I am going to have does it pull harder down low?? more torque??? Any track times??

It should smooth out as the ECU learns.
