how many have a 2.5l in their wrx?
i was wondering, how many people have done the swap? what was cost like? problems? and dyno proven power?
while an STi would be sweet, most people just dont have the option of trading up

Not trying to hijack the thread, but in my wildest dreams I would like to get the COBB short block and valve upgrade. Their stage 3 has the 2.5L shortblock on it. Has anyone done this? And what kind of turbo does it require to get good performance?
Thanks

etchy, it really depends on what kind of powerband you're trying to create. cobb released dyno plots of their cone basher with the sr40 and sr50. iirc, happy is running a t66 with his built ej25 (also from cobb). vishnu's turbo kit for the rs uses a t3/t04, which comes in many different trims.
