Engine/Power - EJ20T (pre-2006 WRX and JDM) There is replacement for displacement, it is forced induction - OEM 2.0 liter turbo engines in the USDM WRX. 90-94 Legacy Turbo EJ22 turbo engines can also be discussed here.

How do I make 300-350whp?

That would get ya there.

No. Well yeah I mean of course it's POSSIBLE.

I think 300 whp is a lot more realistic for you...but really, the USDM wrx just isn't built for power.

www.spdtuning.com will answer all your questions. The WRX is for people who want to haul *** in all weather conditions.

But for a daily driver, really think about how much the 5 seats of the WRX means to you. FOr me it's really important to haul around friends and family, but otherwise you might consider a turbo import with a more robust engine/drivetrain package from the factory. I'm sure others can chime in.

keep in mind that is stock manifold, motor, and i am going to be tuning it way more aggressive with more boost, manifold, intercooler sprayer still on the stock motor and i should get around 330 pump and 355 race ....thats AWD hp on a dynopac where a stock wrx puts down 167 ish...
Oh, by the way my tranny and motor is still ok with 20,800 miles on them and the only thing is my 6 puck clutch is now slipping after a summer of abuse. As of yet i have only gotten 12.4 at 112 at a ****ty track at like 75degrees ... it can be done reliably with a stock wrx and $10,000 including other mods like exhaust , suspension and engine mangagement and some gauges.

We have a turbo kit that will get you there, it's a T3/T4 kit with a GT30R. Pricing is still being finalized but I would expect to pay $2.5-$3k for it with the dual BB setup. On top of the kit you will need fuel and management.

At this time the kit runs 315whp on 91 pump, we are working on the race gas map and should have some data soon.

Subiedave,
wow...where's that ::bow down:: smiley?

However you are running a T67.

I just don't see how a TD07-25g that can flow like, almost a thousand cfm and push out 600whp can take Mosh to drive to work and the movies.

Wondering, does anyone have an RX6 on their wrx anywhere? I hear it's one of the best turbos for a 2L?

Do the 18g, from what I've been hearing it's made out to be the shiznit... some guy had an awesome 360whp w/ it:

350whp w/ 4-5000 in mods:
