Question HKS DP w/custom cat-back

I purchased a HKS downpipe. I currently have a custom bent pipes from the cat back with a MEGAN Racing muffler in the end. Will this downpipe fit? The guys at Meineke cut off where the resonator is so that i dont have a resonator anymore......:-(

Where the downpipe and catback mate up is a flange with a doughnut gasket. The downpipe/midpipe consists of two catalytics, but no resonator(that is further downstream in the exhaust). I dont see why it wouldn't bolt right up.

thanks. It took me about 2 hours to put it in with new gaskets. It was hard to get up to tight spots, but i managed quite well. It is a noticible gain and i recommend anyone to get it. No CEL light yet*knock on wood*. I can hear the turbo spool alot louder too!!! But tommorow, I am going to take a trip to Meineke to see if there are any exhaust leaks...just in case...thanks
