Question Hesitation

Does anyone else notice hesitation in boost??
Like: boost...hes...boost..hes...boost (quickly)
This usually happens in the morning when it's still cool outside (and before the car is all warmed up)...
I'm stock other than removed silencer and the 3/16th mod.

alot of people get this "hesitation" Mostly noticed in 2nd and 3rd gear when under half to 3/4 throttle. I did the grounding mod and it seemed to have helped a little but i still get the hesitation. I've talked to someone else and they said with a uppipe it will get rid of it. I am installing my uppipe at the end of the month so i will reply then.

The hesitation I'm experiencing is mostly in 1-2 gears and under any throttle. I am planning on doing the grounding mod soon. The 3/16 mod is also supposed to contribute to the hesitation...
