Also, the 2.5L TD04 turbos use a different wastegate actuator than the 2.0L TD04 turbos, because they run lower boost pressure.
Move your wastegate actuator from your original turbo, unless there's something wrong with it.
If there's something wrong with it, start tightening the actuator arm one turn at a time until boost is getting close, then switch to half turns.

@ Concillian, I will give that a try when i get home. I will change the pill and try to adjust the arm on the wastegate.. But looking at the wastegate picture from above that "mistanime" posted i dont see anything on the arm or on the wastegate where i can adjust the arm. Is there something im not seeing?

Hi Guys, update to my issue... Didn't work unfortunately. i have switched out the restrictor pill from my old turbo and put it in the new one. Then i watched the video at least a few times before adjusting my waste gate actuator..Nothing seems to work.. I have have tried adjusting the waste gate several times and I'm still at the 4-5 psi and 5psi being hard-foot down. I don't know if I'm dong anything wrong but i know i was following the video instructions correctly. Do i need to adjust anything on my vac/boost gauge? Maybe theres something i missed? PLEASE help! I just want my car to run normal again.. Thanks again guys

ah..gotcha. do you have any check engine lights (CEL's) on? Any signification that your car is not running at normal boost levels? and you are sure you are low on boost? you can feel the diff? it could be a gauge issue. but if you FEEL the difference in performance, then it is indeed a mechanical boost issue.
