silly idea, but double check all your grounding wires.. mainly the 2 thats on either side of the intake manifold... since they're the grounds for the Injector harness...

Sounds like you're shorting the fuse.

Try looking over the wiring diagram and see if you can follow that wire. I think it has to be frayed or something.

First I was thinking you might be experiencing fuel starvation since the car would die in corners but that wouldn't explain the fuse issue so I did a search and found a guy that owned a 1993 Impreza 1.8T and he was blowing fuel pump fuses because his O2 sensor wires were shorting out.

hello subie nation i fixed the 02 sensor on the exhaust manifold (header). the lines were melted. i drove it my folks house aobut 20 miles round trip, so far so good. no cel as of yet, i'll keep yall posted.
