help... my 2 month old act clutch???!!!

Hey whats going on everyone I just recently installed a new act organic clutch and flywheel on my vehicle, and there already seems to be a problem. I broke the clutch in properly and took precautions in order to make my clutch last. I was cruising on the freeway last week at around 80 mph and my whole car started shaking rapidly. I was barely able to get my car off the freeway, and after this happened my car was struggling to take off when in gear.. the car just revved up and no power. Any way here are a fiew photos i snapped of the clutch.. if anyone has seen this type of damage before let me know what could have caused it.. i was hoping this is a factory defect so i can get a new clutch.. as you can see there is no wear on the clutch itself there is just numerous cracks around the outer edge of the clutch with thread coming out.. any way thanks for the help and let me know if you guys have any idea what the problem might be.

It looks like a defect. If you press the sides together do they move(is it spongy?)Call ACT and tell them you have a clutch with xxx miles on it and (describe problems). Offer to send them pictures of the clutch. They should send you another one without any hassles.
