help me run mid to low 13's

I have an '03 speed WRX, and so far I have a drop in K&N filter, Tanabe Cat-Back exhaust, silencer mod and 3/16th mod, otherwise stock. Do you think the car to make high 13's how it is now with good driving and the right conditions. What else do you recommend I do. I do want to spend a lot and just want to run mid 13's i guess would be my goal. Thanks

An MBC can get you there if you know how to drive. Then just get a solid 60' time and your good to go.

my friend runs 13.3's consistently with a mbc, up-pipe, turbo back exhaust, bov, and a homemade intercooler sprayer. I would say he's spent about 1400 in mods. Well worth it in my opinion.
